Shipping Prices

UK shipping is FREE!

Customs and Tax are not included in the International prices.

Any items returned to me can be reshipped with the payment been taken for shipping again. Or refunded minus the shipping cost, depending on the reason for return.

Orders take up to 1-2 weeks before they are shipped out.

What can i return?

If you need to return due to the wrong size please send me a message. Please make sure you choose the right colour on the website as everything is made to order, meaning you can’t exchange if the wrong colour is chosen. 

I didn't get my order

If you haven't received your order please email ami@sewnorthern.com and we will get a new one sent out.

Lost Returns

Sew Northern doesn't take any responsibility for lost returns, so its best if you send them tracked so if lost you can sort it.
